Maddie Level, a professional gamer who has built her own computer, is particularly passionate about digital asset regulation and children’s privacy issues. Maddie’s experience at Fey LLC includes reviewing, drafting, and updating privacy and security policies, HIPAA business associate agreements, and service provider agreements; providing advice on data subject rights obligations and responses; and assisting clients in assessing the applicability of U.S. privacy laws. Her deepest expertise is with Latin American privacy laws and HIPAA/HITECH. Maddie, former Comment Editor of the Kansas Law Review and author of “Unboxing the Issue: The Future of Video Game Loot Boxes in the U.S.,” Kansas Law Review 2019 v. 68(1), has excellent drafting skills and strong technology knowledge, which makes her a highly valuable asset to Fey LLC and its clients.
